DISTRIBUTION SERVICES

Valley's excellent distribution capabilities and advantageous location allow us to offer distribution services for customers from our centrally located plants in Memphis, Tennessee.

We utilize our plant warehouses for shipments to manufacture-and-ship customers.

We utilize three dedicated DCs for customers for whom we provide nationwide logistics service--a Valley CPG-operated Memphis DC and 2 smaller third-party-operated West and East Coast DCs.

We currently ship over 10,000 orders per year to over 1000 locations in the U.S. with an OTIF (on-time-in-full) of 99.6%.

We have full EDI capability, including order receipt, order confirmation, advance ship notifications and invoicing.
